Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: August 11, 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") explains the cancellation, renewal, refund, failed-payment, and payment-dispute rules applicable to subscriptions and Services purchased from Frigga Cloud Private Limited ("Frigga", "we", "us", or "our").
This Policy forms part of Frigga's Terms of Service. By purchasing or subscribing to a Frigga Service, you acknowledge this Policy, subject to mandatory rights available under applicable law.
1. SERVICES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Frigga provides digital software and technology services that may include Code0, Vörr AI, Runes, Brokk, Drasil, Shankh, Juno, Dvarpala, Legion, and other Frigga products or services.
Depending on the product or plan, Frigga may offer monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, usage-based plans, seat-based plans, free trials, prepaid plans, enterprise arrangements, and promotional access.
The applicable price, billing period, trial period, features, usage limits, renewal terms, and other commercial conditions will be displayed before purchase or stated in an Order Form.
2. DIGITAL DELIVERY
Frigga's standard products are digital services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, no physical goods are shipped.
After a successful purchase or subscription activation, access is delivered electronically through the applicable account, application, API, integration, credentials, onboarding process, or other digital means. Some enterprise or managed Services may require configuration or onboarding before full access is available.
3. FREE TRIALS
Frigga may offer free trials for selected products or plans. Not every product includes a trial.
Where a trial is offered:
- the trial period will be disclosed at signup;
- unless expressly stated otherwise, the maximum standard trial period is fourteen (14) days;
- functionality may be limited;
- payment information may be required; and
- a trial may convert into a paid subscription only where the conversion and applicable price are clearly disclosed and the customer has affirmatively authorized the arrangement.
3.1 Cancelling During a Free Trial
If a trial is scheduled to convert to a paid subscription, cancel before the stated conversion date to prevent the paid subscription from beginning.
If you believe you were charged after properly cancelling before the conversion date, contact hello@frigga.cloud promptly.
4. SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL
Unless otherwise stated, paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
A monthly subscription generally renews monthly and an annual subscription generally renews annually. The renewal price will be the then-applicable price for your plan, subject to any notice required by law or contract.
By affirmatively enrolling in an automatically renewing plan, you authorize Frigga and/or its payment processor to collect applicable renewal fees using the payment method or recurring mandate associated with the subscription. Recurring collections remain subject to applicable payment-processor, banking, card-network, mandate, authentication, notification, and regulatory requirements.
5. HOW TO CANCEL
You may cancel future renewal:
- through the cancellation functionality in your Frigga account, where available; or
- by emailing hello@frigga.cloud from or with reference to the email address associated with the account.
A cancellation request should identify the relevant account, subscription, or invoice.
Where cancellation is submitted by email, the request is treated as received when it reaches Frigga's designated email system, subject to reasonable account verification. To avoid an upcoming renewal, submit the request before the renewal is processed.
6. EFFECT OF CANCELLATION
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, cancellation stops the next renewal and does not immediately terminate the current paid subscription.
If you cancel during an active paid billing period, access generally continues until the end of that period, subject to the Terms of Service and applicable usage restrictions.
Example: if a monthly subscription runs from August 1 through August 31 and is cancelled on August 15, access ordinarily remains available through August 31 and the subscription does not renew for September.
Example: if an annual subscription runs from January 1 through December 31 and is cancelled on June 15, access ordinarily remains available through December 31 and the subscription does not renew for the following year.
7. CANCELLATION FEES
Frigga does not ordinarily impose a separate fee solely for cancelling future renewal.
If a specific Service carries a lawful cancellation charge, it will be disclosed before purchase. Where consumer law restricts cancellation charges, Frigga will comply with those restrictions.
8. GENERAL REFUND RULE
Cancelling a subscription during an active paid billing period does not, by itself, create an automatic right to a prorated refund for the unused portion of that period.
However, refunds or credits may be available in circumstances including:
- duplicate charges;
- billing errors;
- unauthorized transactions, subject to verification;
- a payment collected after a cancellation that was effective before renewal;
- material technical failure attributable to Frigga that prevents meaningful use of a paid Service;
- permanent discontinuation by Frigga during a prepaid term where a refund is the appropriate remedy;
- mandatory consumer or statutory rights; or
- another circumstance in which Frigga determines a refund or credit is appropriate.
Nothing in this Policy limits remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. DISCRETIONARY REFUND REQUEST PERIOD
For refund requests that are not based on a mandatory statutory right, duplicate charge, unauthorized transaction, or billing error, you should ordinarily contact Frigga within seven (7) calendar days after the relevant charge.
A request made after that period may still be considered at Frigga's discretion based on the circumstances. This seven-day request period does not shorten any longer mandatory period or remedy available under applicable law.
10. REFUND ELIGIBILITY REVIEW
When assessing a request, Frigga may consider:
- the reason for the request;
- the date of purchase or charge;
- the subscription type and billing period;
Service usage;
- whether a technical issue materially prevented access;
- whether a charge was duplicated, unauthorized, or made after effective cancellation;
- the customer's location and applicable consumer law;
- payment records and transaction history;
- applicable contractual commitments; and
- other relevant circumstances.
11. MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or waives consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
Depending on your jurisdiction, mandatory rights may apply to cancellation, withdrawal, refunds, deficient or non-conforming digital services, service interruptions, misleading descriptions, or other consumer remedies.
Where mandatory law provides a stronger right than this Policy, the mandatory law prevails.
12. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you cancel during a monthly billing period, access generally continues until the end of the current month, the subscription does not renew for the next billing period, and no automatic prorated refund is provided solely because of cancellation.
This does not limit refund rights under Section 8 or applicable law.
13. ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS
Annual subscriptions are billed for the applicable annual period. If you cancel during that period, access generally continues until the end of the prepaid annual term and the subscription will not renew.
No automatic prorated refund is provided solely because you cancel before the annual term ends. Refunds remain available where required under Section 8 or applicable law.
14. UPGRADES AND DOWNGRADES
Frigga may permit plan upgrades or downgrades. The financial treatment may depend on the product, billing period, payment processor, and timing of the change.
A change may involve prorated charges, account credits, immediate changes, or changes effective at the next renewal. The applicable treatment will be displayed in the Service or communicated before the change is confirmed.
A downgrade does not automatically create a right to a cash refund for a prior plan unless expressly stated or required by law.
15. FAILED PAYMENTS
If a payment fails, Frigga may retry the transaction where permitted, request updated payment information, restrict paid features, suspend the subscription, or terminate it after reasonable notice.
A failed payment does not automatically constitute cancellation. You remain responsible for valid fees incurred before cancellation or termination.
16. ACCOUNT DEBITED BUT PAYMENT NOT CONFIRMED
If your account or payment method is debited but Frigga does not receive confirmation of a successful payment, the transaction will ordinarily be reversed or otherwise handled in accordance with the applicable bank, card network, UPI/payment system, payment processor, and regulatory requirements.
If the amount is not reversed within the applicable processing period, contact hello@frigga.cloud with the payment date, amount, payment method, and transaction reference if available. Frigga will provide reasonable cooperation with the payment processor in investigating the transaction.
17. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you believe a transaction was incorrect or unauthorized, we encourage you to contact Frigga first so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, resolve the matter promptly.
Nothing in this Policy restricts a lawful right to dispute a transaction through a bank, card issuer, payment provider, regulator, or other legally available mechanism.
Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in account restriction or termination where permitted by law.
18. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Submit refund requests to hello@frigga.cloud.
Please provide, where available:
- the account email address;
- customer or company name;
- product or subscription name;
- invoice, payment, or transaction identifier;
- transaction date and amount; and
- reason for the request.
Frigga may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the request or prevent fraud.
19. REFUND DECISION AND INITIATION
Frigga will review a complete refund request within a reasonable period and communicate the outcome through the account email address or another appropriate channel.
If a refund is approved, Frigga will initiate it through the applicable payment processor as soon as reasonably practicable.
20. REFUND METHOD AND PROCESSING TIME
Refunds will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction, subject to payment-processor, banking, card-network, and legal requirements.
For normal payment-gateway refunds, the refunded amount will generally be credited within 5-7 working days after the refund is successfully initiated, although the exact time may vary by payment method, bank, card network, currency, and financial institution.
Frigga does not control processing delays occurring after a refund has been successfully handed to the payment processor or financial system, but will provide available refund or transaction references where reasonably necessary to support tracing.
21. CURRENCY AND FOREIGN EXCHANGE
Where a refund involves a currency different from your account currency, the amount ultimately received may vary because of exchange-rate movements, bank charges, payment-processor charges, or financial-institution fees.
Frigga will process the refund in the amount and currency permitted by the original transaction and applicable payment arrangements.
22. TAXES AND CREDIT NOTES
Where applicable, a refund may result in corresponding tax adjustments. Frigga may issue a credit note, revised invoice, or other document where required by tax or accounting law.
23. TERMINATION FOR BREACH
If Frigga suspends or terminates an account because of a material breach, fraud, unlawful activity, abuse, or material security risk, the customer is not automatically entitled to a refund.
Any refund will be determined under the Terms of Service, this Policy, the applicable agreement, and mandatory law.
24. SERVICE DISCONTINUATION BY FRIGGA
If Frigga permanently discontinues a paid Service before the end of a prepaid subscription period and does not provide substantially equivalent continued access for the remainder of that period, Frigga will provide an appropriate remedy.
Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may include a comparable replacement Service, account credit, a refund for the affected unused prepaid period, or another commercially reasonable remedy permitted by law.
Enterprise customers may have additional rights under an Order Form, Enterprise Agreement, Managed Services Agreement, or SLA.
25. ACCOUNT CLOSURE
Closing or deleting a Frigga account does not automatically create a refund right. If you have an active subscription, cancel the subscription before closing the account to prevent future renewal.
Account and transaction records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
26. PROMOTIONS AND CREDITS
Promotional pricing, coupons, usage credits, trial credits, or other benefits may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, non-transferability, and additional terms.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, promotional or free credits are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable.
27. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Frigga may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the website, Service, account, email, or another reasonable method.
The Last Updated date identifies the latest revision. Changes that materially affect an existing committed paid subscription will be handled consistently with the Terms of Service and applicable law.
28. RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER AGREEMENTS
This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service. Where a signed Order Form, Enterprise Agreement, Managed Services Agreement, or other negotiated contract contains specific lawful refund or cancellation terms, those terms control for that transaction to the extent of the conflict.
