Roles and permissions
Who can see what in Vörr, and which organization changes require administrator confirmation.
Member and admin access
- Member
- Can ask questions, open Cloud Mapping, scan results and Architecture, and read the resources inside the workspaces they belong to.
- Administrator
- Can additionally complete onboarding, connect Git providers, cloud accounts and connectors, create workspaces and environments, and edit service maps.
Workspace scope
Workspaces represent teams or ownership groups. Repositories and connections are scoped to workspaces, so a member's view of the system follows the workspaces they belong to.
A connection can be scoped to selected workspaces or left available to all of them.
Changes that require an administrator
- Completing or re-running organization onboarding
- Connecting, editing or removing a Git provider, cloud account or connector
- Creating workspaces and environments, and marking an environment as production
- Editing the service map used for cross-tool matching
Individual MCP authorizations are tied to the user who granted them, not to the organization.
