Set up your organization
Complete the one-time onboarding flow that prepares Vörr for everyone in your organization. Onboarding is organization-wide: once one administrator completes it, other members enter the configured product directly.
Before you start
You need:
- A Frigga account using your organization email
- Admin access in Vörr
- The names of your engineering teams or workspaces
- The deployment environments you want Vörr to recognize
Sign in
Open the Vörr sign-in page and enter your work email. Vörr uses passwordless sign-in: enter the one-time code sent to your email, and your TOTP code as well if two-factor authentication is enabled.

Enter your company details
Enter your company name and website. Vörr researches the rest from public information — nothing about your own systems is read at this step.
Confirm the drafted profile
Vörr shows what it found — company, what the company does, products and services, industry and revenue model — each marked AI-sourced.
Confirm each card with Looks right, or click the text to edit it. The draft is unverified, and Vörr leaves a field blank rather than guessing.
Create workspaces
Create a workspace for each logical team or ownership group. Workspaces later scope repositories and connections, allowing Vörr to understand which team owns a part of the system.
Add environments
Create the deployment environments used by your organization and mark each as production or non-production — for example Production, Staging and Development.
This distinction helps Vörr interpret deployment mappings and potential production impact.
Complete the connection steps
The onboarding wizard also requires at least one mapped repository and one connected cloud account. Guides 03 and 04 cover those steps in detail.
Confirm the setup
The organization is ready when:
- The company profile is confirmed.
- At least one workspace exists.
- At least one environment exists.
- A repository is mapped to a workspace.
- A cloud connection shows Connected.
